Healing in Community — You Are Not Alone

Healing in Community

About Support Groups

Haven’s support groups provide a safe and confidential space for survivors to connect, share at their own pace, and experience healing alongside others who understand. Led by trained advocates, our groups focus on empowerment, resilience, and community — never judgment or pressure.

Q: Do I have to speak in group?

What to Expect

A Safe, Supportive Environment

Our groups are designed to be welcoming, respectful, and survivor-centered. You’ll never be asked to share more than you’re comfortable with, and every session is guided by advocates who provide support — not therapy — in a compassionate, structured setting.

Strength in Shared Experience

Why Groups Matter

Survivors often feel isolated in their experiences. Support groups foster connection, reminding each person they are not alone, and that healing is possible. Hearing “me too” can be life-changing — turning pain into power, and silence into strength.

Community heals what isolation cannot.
